- Pricing is charged by the "ping" (a Taiwanese unit of area equal to approximately 3.3 square meters or 35.5 square feet). The specific rate varies based on the size of the residence.
Construction Service Fee
- Based on the design plan and material selection, we will provide a detailed construction budget.
- The construction fee will be evaluated based on the space's size, the project's complexity, and the time required.
Material Costs
- We offer a wide selection of high-quality materials. We will choose the most suitable options based on your budget and style.
- The cost of materials will be clearly quoted after the design plan is finalized, with full transparency throughout the process.
Full-Service Package
- If you require comprehensive design and construction services, we offer a dedicated full-service package. This covers a complete suite of services, including design, construction, materials, and long-term maintenance, all at a special promotional price.
