The on-site observations and data will serve as the basis for the design, ensuring that subsequent proposals are consistent with the actual conditions and your needs.

Combining the on-site conditions with your preferences, we will present an initial design concept and style recommendations. This includes space layout, color schemes, materials, and functional planning, all presented visually to help you concretely imagine the space and establish a design consensus and direction.

Once the concept is confirmed, our team will create a complete set of construction drawings, including floor plans, elevations, plumbing and electrical layouts, and detailed schematics. We will also provide a clear and transparent quotation, allowing you to understand the project scope and cost allocation, which facilitates budget adjustments and decision-making.

A professional team will execute the construction based on the drawings, while a dedicated project manager will oversee the entire process. The manager will coordinate different trades, control the timeline and quality, and maintain continuous communication with the owner during construction. This ensures that every detail meets expectations and that the design is accurately realized in the physical space.

Upon completion, we conduct a full inspection and final acceptance with the owner to ensure all quality and details are in place. We make any necessary adjustments and refinements at this stage.
